Service includes Menu Planning and Shopping. Each dish is created in your own kitchen. Your meals are labeled and stored in your refrigerator or freezer. The night before use take your meal out of the freezer and store in the refrigerator to thaw. At meal time follow the heating instructions and enjoy.
