What is a Personal Chef?
A personal Chef works for several
clients, usually one per day and prepares multiple meals. Meals
are designed to suit the customer's tastes and dietary needs and
stored for for them to enjoy at their leisure.
Do
you cook in my kitchen?
Yes, meals are prepared in your own kitchen. On scheduled dates
I shop for groceries, bring fresh ingredients to your home, and
create your meals. I bring along my own pots, pans, and utensils.
Your kitchen will be sparkling clean when I am finished with the
aroma of tasty food lingering.
How
long will you be here?
I will be creating several different entrees and side dishes and
it will take several hours to most of the day - depending on the
service you have asked for. Arrangements can to be made to work
with your schedule.
How
much Refrigerator Space is needed?
You need enough space to store the meals ordered. It does take up
space and I try to use efficient contains. We can assess your refrigerator/freezer
space during your initial consultation.
Meal
Packaging?
Meals will be packaged with your personal preference in mind. Oven
or microwave heating and packaging for individual, couples, or families.
You can provide the containers or I can provide the containers -
add a yearly container fee. Reusable plastic or glass and some disposable
containers. Also, each meal will be labeled, dated, and have cooking
instructions.
When
do I pay for the service?
It is customary to pay for the service in advance of your cooking
date. If you like, you can leave a check on the day of the service
and I will have a bill ready for you.
How
often do I need this service?
We can discuss your needs/requirements and schedule you appropriately.
